Return Exchange Policy

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT?

• Size exchange: Yes. If the fit is not right, you can request for size exchange. 

• Style or color exchange: Yes. If you don’t love the look, you can request to exchange to another style (product exchange is 1 per 1 piece only).

• Return: No. Purchased items cannot be returned for refund. The only exception is when the product is defect from our production process.

IN CASE OF STYLE EXCHANGE, CAN I CHOOSE ANOTHER PRODUCT WITH DIFFERENT PRICE?

Yes

If price of the new item is higher than “original purchase price”, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Unfortunately, if the price of the new item is lower than “original purchase price”, we cannot refund you the difference.

“Original purchase price” is based on actual price paid (net of all applicable discount).

IN CASE OF SIZE EXCHANGE, WHAT IF THE SIZE I WANT IS ALREADY SOLD OUT?

If the size that you want is no longer available, we will let you exchange into a different style. In case the price of new item is higher, you will be asked to pay the difference. 

WHAT IF I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THE PRODUCTS WITH "SET PRICE" DISCOUNT AND I ONLY WANT TO EXCHANGE PART OF THE SET?

No problem!

If you want to change the color but not the style, you can do so with no effect on price. 

However, if you wish to exchange to another style (basically break the “set”), the set discount will no longer applies and the value for exchange will be adjusted accordingly. In case the price of new item is higher than this amount, you will be asked to pay the difference.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE?

• Exchange is only allowed for full price items, full price items with occasional or coupon discount, and set price items.

• Exchange is not applicable to marked-down items for example end-of-season sale.

• Exchange may not be eligible under selected promotional campaign. Please see campaign terms and conditions.

• Request must be done within 7 days for the purchase at the store or 7 days after delivery is completed for online orders.

• Tag has not been removed and product is in original conditions.

• For swimwear, hygiene sticker must still be in place.

• Original receipt must be presented.

• Only applicable to order purchased on our website and WB Stores.

WHERE CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

• WB Stores

Both our online and WB stores team can process your product exchange request, whether you bought it online or in-store. 

However, if you buy our products from the department stores, please contact department stores for exchange.  

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE?

Online exchange:

• Email us at [email protected] or line us at @wakingbee and indicate the following information:

  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The photo of your receipt
  • Your exchange details (the items you wish to exchange and to what items)
  • We will be in touch to confirm your exchange request and shipping fee

• Make payment of the applicable shipping fee

• Mail to us the items and your receipt

• Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product condition and if the condition is met, we will process the request and inform you the tracking number.

Exchange at WB Stores:

• Present your receipt at our cashier and request for product exchange.

IS THERE ANY FEE FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE?

In case of product exchange online, standard shipping fee will apply: 50 THB for the first piece and 15 THB for each subsequent piece in the same request.
