HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

We do not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

THERE WAS AN ERROR WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT. HOW DO I KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH OR NOT?

  • Check “Orders” under your account page.
  • Check the most recent order. Is it the one you just placed?
  • For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged, as your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us.

HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODE?

The discount code can be used in your shopping cart before the checkout process. Input the discount code in “Coupon code” field and click/tap “Apply coupon”.  The discount will be calculated automatically.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Payment options are as follow:
  • Credit/Debit card
  • Bank transfer (only applicable for bank accounts in Thailand)
  • Paypal

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

To check your order status, head to the “Orders” page, where you can login to your account and find your order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it's paid. Once it’s processed, we're unable to change or cancel it. However, if you need to return your items, please see our “Return & Exchange Policy”.

WHAT IS WB REWARDS?

WB Rewards is Wakingbee’s loyalty program that provides discount and many special privileges to our customers.  It is free to sign up and you can earn WB Points every time you shop on www.wakingbee.com or at our WB Stores (excluding counters in department stores).  You can use your earned points to redeem discounts towards your next purchase.  Your earned points during the last 12 months will be used to determine your membership tier out of the 3 tiers, each of which has different privileges. Please note that the company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the program without prior notice.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Just create an account on www.wakingbee.com and you will be automatically signed up to WB rewards.  Upon sign up, you will earn 50 points FREE as well!

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Sign up: earn 50 points. Shop: earn 1 point for every 10 THB purchase on www.wakingbee.com or at our WB Stores (excluding department stores counters). Review: earn 50 points when submit a review of your recent purchase on www.wakingbee.com.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASES?

You must login to your account when making the purchase online. Your points will be added to your account after the order is confirmed.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASES MADE AT WB STORES?

Simply inform our staff the email address you used to sign up for WB rewards, and our staff will add the points you earn to your account for you.  Our staff will reconfirm your name to make sure the points are added to the correct account.  The points can be awarded only on the date of purchase and at the store where the purchase is made.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS FOR PRODUCT REVIEW MADE ONLINE?

After you complete the purchase online, you will receive an email to submit a review for the products you ordered.  After you have submitted the review online, we will verify whether the review submitted matches with your purchase history, and then add the points to your account. Unfortunately, our system does not allow the review for purchases made at the WB stores and at department store counters at the moment.

HOW DO I USE POINTS FOR DISCOUNT?

Every 200 points can be redeemed for 50 THB discount for your next purchase.  There is no minimum order value to use the discount.  The maximum discount per order is 500 THB (or 2000 points). For online purchases, you can redeem the discount in "Cart" page by clicking on Apply Discount tab at the top of the cart and input the quantity of points you would like to redeem. For purchases at WB Stores, you can login to your account to show your remaining points to our staff, and they will check your identity against the information in the system before redeeming the discount for you.

I'VE MADE A PURCHASE AS A GUEST. CAN I STILL EARN POINTS FOR MY PREVIOUS TRANSACTION?

Unfortunately, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must sign up or login to your account before the purchase to earn points.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

WB points will be expired in 12 months.

WHAT ARE THE 3 MEMBERSHIP TIERS?

There are 3 membership tiers for Wakingbee members.  Your tier is determined based on the number of points you earned in the last 12 months (regardless of the points you have redeemed for discount).
  1. BEEgin member: 0-1,000 points earned
  2. BEElong member: 1,001-2,000 points earned
  3. BEEyond member: 2,001 and above points earned

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF EACH TIER?

  1. BEEgin member: eligible to use points for discount
  2. BEElong member: eligible to use points for discount, get 5% off for full price items online and at WB Stores, get 20% off birthday discount for full price items online, and get free new year gift
  3. BEEyond member: eligible to use points for discount, get 10% off for full price items online and at WB Stores, get free domestic shipping for every order online, get 20% off birthday discount for full price items plus free birthday gift online, and get free new year gift

HOW DO I GET 5% OR 10% EXTRA DISCOUNT (FOR BEELONG AND BEEYOND MEMBERS)?

If you have BEElong status, simply login to your account on www.wakingbee.com and you will automatically get 5% discount for full price items in your order online. For the purchase at WB Stores, login to your account and show the dashboard page with the BEElong status to our staff to get the 5% discount for full price items. If you have BEEyond status, simply login to your account on www.wakingbee.com and you will automatically get 10% discount for full price items plus free domestic shipping for your order online. For the purchase at WB Stores, login to your account and show the dashboard page with the BEEyond status to our staff to get the 10% discount for full price items.

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY BIRTHDAY (FOR BEELONG AND BEEYOND MEMBERS)?

For BEElong level, 3 days before your birthday you will receive an email with a special discount code for 20% off your next purchase for full price items online. The coupon code is for one-time use only, and expires within 10 days from the date of the email. For BEEyond level, 3 days before your birthday you will receive an email with a special discount code for 20% off your next purchase for full price items online. Upon the purchase, you will be able to redeem a FREE birthday gift as well.  The coupon code is for one-time use only, and expires within 10 days from the date of the email. You must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing email offers from Wakingbee and provide a valid email in order to receive these benefits.

WHAT DO I GET FOR NEW YEAR GIFT (FOR BEELONG AND BEEYOND MEMBERS)?

If you have BEElong or BEEyond status on Dec 1st, you will receive an email to claim your New Year gift online. You must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing email offers from Wakingbee and provide a valid email in order to receive this benefit.
